Thank you for visiting and shopping at pantz.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Distance Selling Regulations - Your right to cancel your order within 14 days
To comply with regulations, if within 14 working days you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products to us for a refund or exchange.
Products should be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition, due to hygiene concerns, underwear is excluded from this unless returned unsealed.
A full refund or exchange will be offered where a product was damaged or where an incorrect item has been dispatched. This will be made available upon receipt of your returned goods and a confirmation of their condition. If there are any problems with your refund we will contact you by your preferred contact method.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All our underwear are shipped from a UK warehourse and as such there will be no import fees for delivery associated with your order as these have already been factored into the price for UK Shipping.
Orders from the rest of the EU may have additional import fee's, please check before ordering if you need to pay import fees to purchase from the UK -Updated 19th December 2017
Shipment processing time
All orders placed before 9pm will be processed on the same day and shipped the next business day. Where possible we will ship on weekends and holidays, however orders placed at these times may be subject to delivery delays outwith our control.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, we use royal mail and weight based shipping and all orders will be shipped using the shipping method you select. If for any reason you are not happy with the shipping services on offer, you can contact us through live chat or email and we will where possible use your preferred shipping method.

Delivery times are an estimate and delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
pantz.co.uk is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes that may be applied to your order if ordering from outwith the UK/EU. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
pantz.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and let us know of the problem so we can assist you further where required. We will assist in any way possible as soon as a problem is brought to our attention.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
